What’s Included
- After placing your order, a member of our team will contact you to confirm details and discuss available delivery dates.
- You’ll be able to choose from a range of delivery dates to suit your schedule.
- Your bike will be professionally built in our workshop and undergo a full pre-delivery inspection. Estimated delivery timeframe: 7–14 days.
- Your bike will arrive fully assembled and ready to ride. If you have fit measurements, we can set up your bike accordingly. Pedals and any accessories purchased with your order can be fitted during the build or upon delivery.
- During handover, our team member will guide you through the bike’s features, setup, and care tips to ensure you get the very best from your new ride.

Standard Delivery: bikes are shipped via Parcelforce 48-hour tracked service and will require some assembly on arrival.
