Experience the Pedal Heaven service from the comfort of your own home. With our Premium Bike Delivery, an experienced member of our team will personally deliver your new bike and complete a full handover right on your doorstep. You’ll enjoy the same exceptional service you’d receive in-store - ust delivered to you!

(Please note: Currently available on Pinarello bikes only. We plan to roll this out to more brands in future.)

What’s Included

1. After placing your order, a member of our team will contact you to confirm details and discuss available delivery dates.
2. You’ll be able to choose from a range of delivery dates to suit your schedule.
3. Your bike will be professionally built in our workshop and undergo a full pre-delivery inspection. Estimated delivery timeframe: 7–14 days.
4. Your bike will arrive fully assembled and ready to ride. If you have fit measurements, we can set up your bike accordingly. Pedals and any accessories purchased with your order can be fitted during the build or upon delivery.
5. During handover, our team member will guide you through the bike’s features, setup, and care tips to ensure you get the very best from your new ride.

Pricing & Availability

Premium Delivery is available for £50 per bike.

This service is offered to UK Mainland postcodes within a set distance of our shop.

If Premium Delivery isn’t available for your postcode, we may still be able to deliver using our standard bike delivery service (usually DHL 48 hours tracked).
