With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
30 Day Returns
We offer a 30 day returns policy. We will only refund return postage costs on damaged/faulty goods (a postage receipt will be needed). Refunds will only be returned to the original payment method – this may take up to 10 days to appear depending on how you paid.

The Nulane Hybrid C:62 SLX FE is a bike that's as practical as it is great to look at.

Borrowing heavily from the brand's experience building light, fast, and tough gravel bikes, the Nulane Hybrid C:62 FE's carbon frame's organic curves and clean looks disguise serious intent. There's clearance for tyres up to 50mm, even with the included mudguards. There's a sturdy rear luggage carrier – perfect for commuting or touring – and mounts on the fork to add an optional second carrier. A neat lighting set with X-Connect front light is included so you can see and be seen, and there's a kickstand too. The Bosch drive system's control unit is incorporated into the top tube – with a mini handlebar remote – and you can add a 250Wh PowerMore booster battery to the frame for extended range. On the technical side, the hidden seat clamp, Direct Mount chain guide, Boost rear end, and UDH compatibility make this a future-proof bike for all reasons.
