With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
30 Day Returns
We offer a 30 day returns policy. We will only refund return postage costs on damaged/faulty goods (a postage receipt will be needed). Refunds will only be returned to the original payment method – this may take up to 10 days to appear depending on how you paid.

From the third generation bosch drive unit and 9 speed Shimano transmission to the powerful hydraulic disc brakes and comfortable suspension fork, it's all designed to make your riding fun, safe and rewarding. And with mudguards, lights and kickstand, you're fully equipped for any eventuality.
With years of experience building high tech aluminium frames and working with the bosch drive units, our engineering team was able to design a sleek new frame for the acid hybrid one. The stiff, strong hydroformed down tube and bottom bracket enclose the battery and drive unit in an elegantly efficient structure. You can even charge the battery without removing it from the frame, if you wish. The clean appearance is enhanced by details like fully integrated rack and mudguard mounting points, as well as internally routed cables for longer-lasting gear shifting. We even remembered to make it easy to upgrade to a dropper seatpost, just in case your off-road adventures require a future upgrade.
