With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

We offer a 30 day returns policy. We will only refund return postage costs on damaged/faulty goods (a postage receipt will be needed). Refunds will only be returned to the original payment method – this may take up to 10 days to appear depending on how you paid.

Cube completely redesigned the Stereo 140 eBike platform for 2018 bringing the range right back to the forefront of hard riding, trail taming eBike fun.
By incorporating the battery into the one piece gravity cast down tube, Cube achieved several things. First, the battery is protected from water and dirt. Second, the centre of gravity is lower for even better handling. Third, there's now room to fit a water bottle cage, which may seem a small thing but means if you just fancy a quick blast you can jam your bottle in the cage and go rather than messing around with hydration packs. Fourth, it's possible to recharge the battery without removing it from the frame, if you wish. Finally, the new down tube structure is superbly stiff. Combined with revised geometry and a more progressive rear end with boost axle, it makes for a potent all mountain configuration that's capable of taking on any trail, any time. Internal cable routing - including for a dropper post - completes the kind of attention to detail for which Cubes engineers are famed.
