  • Funny story involving me: In 2001 I was enjoying a relaxing ride on my favourite trails when a tree suddenly jumped out on me, I suffered 2 black eyes, 11 stitches and a flattened nose. I'm still recovering to this day.
  • Industry Knowledge / General Experience: Born and bred to the cycle trade from an early age, have worked in cycle manufacturing, wholesale and retail.
  • Interesting Fact: First job in the cycle trade was filling up tins with tubular cement at the age of 6

  • Riding Style: Freeride/ Trail Centres.
  • Years working in the Cycle Trade: 16 years
  • Funny story involving me: Me, Andy and 'Mad-man' Dan went out for a ride, during the ride Andy crashed over the handlebars and broke his collar bone. Me and Dan went to get help, it took an hour to get help and come back, to find that Andy had gone! Turns out he rode home and got himself to hospital and he would never let us forget. He never believes we came back, instead he thought that we just went for a beer!
  • Industry Knowledge / General Experience: Cytech level 1, 2, and 3 Road and MTB qualified, Fox and RockShox accredited technician, Bosch eBike service qualification. Over 100 Custom bike builds completed at Pedal Heaven alone, not one unhappy customer!
  • Interesting Fact: Looking forward to receiving delivery of my new Specialized Turbo 6Fattie FSR and carving the trails at 30mph!

  • Funny story involving me: I was testing a bike over at the local trails and ended up hitting a tree and knocking myself out. The group I was with were none the wiser and I ended up riding back after I had woken up back to shop leaving everyone looking around the woods for me.
  • Industry Knowledge / General Experience: Cytech level 1, 2, and 3 Road and MTB qualified, Fox and RockShox accredited technician, Bosch eBike service qualification, Speciality in all electrical gearing.
  • Interesting Fact: I am a qualified Doorman, Kayaker, Sailor, and Scuba-diver! I was also kicked out of Scouts.

Tom Reynolds

Tom Reynolds

  • Riding Style: DirtJump/ Slopestyle
  • Years working in the Cycle Trade: 7 Years
  • Funny story involving me: I am known to be slightly Accident prone; I do crash my dirtjump bike quite a lot! The way I see it, if I do not crash then I am not pushing myself to progress! During the NEC Birmingham Bike show in September 2015 I crashed a Front-Flip and hit my face on my handlebars and knocked out one of my front teeth clean out! I carried on riding because the crowd were behind me and didn't want me to stop!
  • Industry Knowledge / General Experience: Have been a bike fit technician for 3 Years and love every moment of it! Studied Sports Science at A-Level so I have always really enjoyed Biomechanics and Physiology, and combining that with my passion for bikes couldn't be better!
  • Interesting Fact: I am currently sponsored by Specialized, Hope Technology, Muc-Off, TMR Designs and Salice UK for Dirt Jumping. In the 2015 Season of the National 'DirtWars' competitions I finished 5th in the Pro Series, and 7th in Europe which I am very happy with, but there is room for improvement!   • Funny story involving you: Trying out clip ins for the first time on whilst out for one of Theo's famous "rush hour ride", I came to a set of traffic lights and completely forgot to clip out, falling sideways in front of 2 lanes of traffic!
  • Industry Knowledge / General Experience: Starting in sales 7 years ago I have progressed to take care of the website and social media for the shop and Pedal Heaven race team. I'm also a fully trained Body Geometry fit technician.

  • Funny story involving me: Once we were on a family BBQ on the beach and I went to pick up a cookie that was in the sand, however it wasn't a cookie, it was a chunk of charcoal from the BBQ! Ouch!
